Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

Is there a way to setup two Practitioners for the same client?
We currently allow one practitioner per client, but we understand there are scenarios (vacations, group practices, etc.) where it would be very useful to have multiple practitioners assigned to the same client.  This is a feature that will be coming in the future.

How can we have confidence that the Innovibe frequencies are actually what you say they are?  And what types of quality control are in place to ensure the audio sounds do not include RF, EMF, and other "noise"?
This question gets to the heart of what makes Innovibe frequencies unique.  The answer will require a basic explanation of our process.

At Innovibe, we employ a highly controlled and proprietary process to capture the vibrational signature of natural materials. This signature is recorded as an audio file using our specialized equipment and protocols, ensuring precision and purity in every step.

We begin by sourcing materials exclusively from reputable manufacturers, with careful attention to the origin and handling of each substance. To preserve the integrity of the materials, we minimize transportation whenever possible by utilizing our network of laboratories located in multiple regions around the world. This approach reduces the risk of exposure to potentially disruptive elements such as X-rays, magnetic fields, and other environmental factors encountered during shipping. When transportation is required, the materials are packaged using protective methods specifically designed to shield them from harmful electromagnetic and radiologic exposure.

Upon arrival at one of our labs, the materials are handled by fully trained technicians who follow a strict, proprietary protocol.  Each lab features our custom-designed vibrational capture chamber, developed exclusively by Innovibe. This chamber is engineered to isolate and eliminate external interference—including RF, EMF, light, and ambient noise—to ensure that the vibrational signature recorded is as uncontaminated and accurate as possible.

The process takes place under controlled conditions: the lab remains dark and quiet, and the use of cell phones and other electronic devices is strictly prohibited. The material—such as Arnica 200C, for example—is carefully placed inside the Innovibe chamber. The system then records the material’s unique vibrational signature as an audio file onto a connected computer.

To maintain absolute precision and traceability, we use a strict naming convention for each audio file when saved in real time. This guarantees that the frequency stored within the Innovibe program corresponds exactly to the original source material used in the capture process.

Through this meticulous methodology, we ensure that every vibrational signature we create upholds the highest standards of fidelity, consistency, and energetic purity.
